12-Month Private Client Program
(A Personal One-on-One Consulting Program)

 

 

This program is designed for the established doctor serious about building his/her practice, quickly and efficiently. Dr. Fernandez provides the following services to his 12 -month private clients, to help them meet and exceed their practice goals.

 Scheduled weekly telephone consultations with Dr. Fernandez. This personal, one-on-one attention and guidance is a “fast-track” practice building method that enables and empowers the doctor to become the most successful in the least amount of time. These pre-arranged weekly telephone sessions typically run from 20 to 25 minutes in length.

 Monthly evaluation of the doctor’s practice statistics.

 Use of our highly effective, copyrighted ads and marketing materials.

 Customized newspaper or yellow page ads and/or sign designs. (Production fees for custom logos, copyrighted pictures, production of signs, etc., are to be paid by the client doctor directly to the company that provides the service.)

 Staff management – The largest, most successful practitioners are the ones who have learned how to effectively manage and motivate their staffs.

 New patient acquisition – Dr. Peter Fernandez has long been known as the country’s foremost chiropractic expert on getting new patients. His book, “1001 Ways to Attract New Patients” is testament to that, now in it’s fourth printing and considered the most widely read book in the profession since the Green Books. 

 Patient retention advice – Dr. Fernandez averaged 63 visits a patient – he’ll show you how. 

 Referral procedures – Dr. Fernandez had one of the largest, all referral practices in the country, with five associate doctors. He’ll teach you how to do the same.

 Insurance procedures – We are proud to have the best and most qualified insurance instructor in the chiropractic profession. Learn how to bill and get paid for your services. 

 HMO and PPO advice and guidance – There are some HMOs and PPOs that you should join, but most of them you should not. Dr. Fernandez will guide you through this maze and advise you on which HMOs and PPOs would best serve your practice. 

 There are no seminar registration fees for the client doctor, his/her spouse and C.A.s for any of our seminars held during the term of the doctor’s contract. (Each associate, provided they are under contract with the client, is required to pay regular seminar registration fees).

 As part of our “green” effort, we do NOT hand out class notes at the seminar. Instead, as a registered attendee, you will receive an email containing the available notes for the classes to be presented at the seminar. Class notes are emailed the week prior to the seminar. Most attendees simply download the notes to their laptop computer and bring their computers to class.

 The doctor is invited to participate in our exclusive “Bring A Buddy (a colleague)” program. Under this program, the doctor may register to bring a “buddy” with him/her to any of our weekend seminars (excluding our P.I. seminars) free of any registration cost. A “buddy” must be a D.C. or a student D.C. who has never attended one of our seminars before.

 A special private client forum/luncheon is held at each of our weekend seminars. These forums are hosted by Dr. Fernandez and begin immediately following the last class on Sunday, and end at 3:30pm. These are private sessions restricted to Private Client and Practice Starterssm members and their spouses. Dr. Fernandez personally selects and presents each forum topic, and each client receives a manual of relative notes and information.

What the 12-month Program Costs

The fee for this program is a non-refundable $1,750 membership fee due at signing, and then $1,750 per month for 12 consecutive months.
Renewal Options:

Year 2:  The doctor may elect to continue his/her Private Client services for a second consecutive year. The membership fee for the second year is waived, and the program fee for the second year (12 consecutive months) is at the special reduced rate of $1,500 per month.

Year 3:  The doctor may elect to continue to receive Private Client consulting services for a third consecutive year. The membership fee for the third year is waived, and the program fee for the third year (12 consecutive months) is at the special reduced rate of $1,250 per month.

Year 4:  The doctor elects to continue to receive Private Client consulting services for a third consecutive year. The membership fee for the third year is waived, and the program fee for the third year (12 consecutive months) is at the special reduced rate of $1,000 per month.

Fees are paid on a monthly basis via authorization to automatically charge your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or bank checking account.

 Complete the confidential Application to begin your Private Client membership process. You are under no obligation to join. Memberships are limited and granted on a Dr. Fernandez approved and space-available basis.

18-Month Private Client Program

These are private sessions restricted to Private Client and Practice Starters® members and their spouses. What the 18-Month Private Client Program Costs

The fee for this program is a $1,000 membership fee due at signing, and then 25% of the increase in the doctor’s monthly income over his/her average monthly earnings for the six months immediately preceding him/her becoming a client, or the monthly minimum, whichever is greater. Monthly minimums begin at $1,000 per month and increase over the term of the contract.

As Illinois and New York do not support a percentage-based fee, doctors who practice in these states will be charged a flat fee rate of $1,000 per month for the first 3 months, $1,500 per month for the next 3 months, $2,000 per month for the next 6 months, and $3,000 per month for the last 6 months of their contract.

Renewal Options:

Option 1: The doctor may elect to continue to receive Private Client services for a second consecutive term under the 18-month private client program - the membership fee for the second term is waived, and the base for the second term (18 consecutive months) is reestablished using his/her gross deposits for the prior 6 months. Minimum monthly fees apply to renewal option #1.

As Illinois and New York do not support a percentage-based fee, doctors who practice in these states and wish to continue to receive Private Client services for a second consecutive term under the 18-month private client program - the membership fee is waived and the program fee for the second 18-month program is a flat $1,500 per month for 18 consecutive months.

Option 2: The 18-Month Private Client doctor may elect to continue to receive Private Client services for a third consecutive term by signing a 12-Month Private Client consulting agreement. For this third term agreement, the membership fee is waived, and the program fee is a special reduced flat rate of $1,250 per month for a period of 12 consecutive months.

As Illinois and New York do not support a percentage-based fee, doctors who practice in these states may continue to receive Private Client services for a third consecutive term by signing a 12-Month Private Client consulting agreement - under this renewal option, the membership fee is waived, and the program fee is a special reduced flat rate of $1,250 per month for 12 consecutive months.

As Illinois and New York do not support a percentage-based fee, doctors who practice in these states and may continue to receive Private Client services for a fourth consecutive term by signing a 12-Month Private Client consulting agreement - under this renewal option, the membership fee is waived, and the program fee is a special reduced flat rate of $1,000 per month for 12 consecutive months.
